
The basic definition of ‘criterion’ is: a rule or principle for evaluating or testing something. Some would use the words ‘yard stick’ – not the road mans definition of yard or stick, but the standard to which others are tested against, the best man on the team for his all-rounder abilities. That is the standard we hold ourselves to and aim to get our clients to in terms of their health, fitness and nutritional goals.
My name is Hanif (Han-ee-f) from London, England, U.K. I’ve been a student of fitness and nutrition since 2017 and currently hold a Lv2 Gym Instructor, Lv3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor certifications. The clients I currently work with are Male with generally good health although issues of obesity and poor dietary decisions are prevelant within my clients.
What made me call this business ‘Be the Criterion’ is because I want clients to pick the top class for themselves, be top class and strive for great in themselves. No doubt most people only want the best for themselves but when it comes to the world of health, many are in a state of confusion and bewilderment because of the lack of knowledge they have in the health, fitness and diet areas (nutritional dietary knowledge).
I personally have never had too much trouble staying lean. As I child I enjoyed exercise, playing outside, sports and as I grew older I always had a gym membership. However, having a gym membership doesn’t mean you know how to make the most of the equipment in your gym and I was priced out by the Personal Trainers. So what’s the solution if you’re currently in such a predicament? Online Kettlebell training coached by me is the solution!

Setting the standard higher than anyone else is the difference between good and great. I understand the issues my clients come to me with from not having full control over the foods they eat to lacking motivation after a day of work or college. However gruelling the sessions may be, clients seem to enjoy the rush and I’m pleased to have clients that have been training with me a number of years.
