Why you’re lacking energy and the way out

Bismillah.

As a father I know how hard it can be working a job, attending to family, finding time to be with your brothers and friends, pursuing something you enjoy and keeping all these things in balance. The daily stresses of working can bring about an unwillingness to do anything else once you’re home and when that programme on TV lands or that sporting event comes around it’s a dead certainty that you’ll be on the sofa for a while.

Most men rarely sit to watch TV without some food or drink to accompany the big game so what happens if this cycle becomes a prolonged way of life except a sedentary way of life, removed from exercise and weight gain ensues?!

The easiest solution to increase your energy, alertness, strength and vitality is regular exercise, which should take the form of exercise you enjoy. So instead of watching football, go with your children to a local park, walk with your wife, or join a local team or gym.

Increasing your time engaged in suitable exercise e.g. Cardiovascular training will increase your endurance capability by efficiently utilising oxygen and nutrients in your body, particularly your heart and lungs. With more exercise, your sleep will be of a better quality when you listen to your body and get the necessary rest. Avoiding TV, Computers and Mobile Phone buelight leading up to sleep will help you to wind down and become rested.

A gym membership used regularly is your fastest way to better health assuming you have a suitable plan to work with. If you don’t, head over to our shop (link at the top of this page) and work from one of our training programmes such as ‘He’s a Monster’ and our latest plan ‘Ward 1’ which is a full-body programme over 4-days each week.

The many benefits of exercise can’t be overstated from decreasing the chance of Cardiovascular disease, reducing Hypertension, remedying Obesity and increasing lung capacity and more. Coupled with a good nutritional diet that meets your needs, you’ll have so much energy your family will love the change in you – and you will too!
